I have always loved coming to Manuels. 2000 I’ve lived in Austin for 26 years and it is one of my top five favorite restaurants. I am also a healthcare provider and during Covid as you can imagine, it was some of the worst times for us in the field. One of my comforts was the pink Chihuahua and zucchini with pork! Yummy! I also got divorced during Covid and due to the restrictions of isolation, my healthcare career, and wanting to protect my family., I would often sit outside with a pink Chihuahua. Listen to the waterfall and it always made life better.. the pandemic was hard on us all, but that special drink at the bar or outside made it better and the team here is hands down amazing ! Thanks for also sticking it out ! Manuels is essential too !!!!!
