I helped open the Jollyville location late 1998 after graduating from UT, and trained at the downtown location. I’ve never had such a rewarding service industry experience. The owners at the time, Ahmad, Greg, and Jennifer, were hands on and wanted their staff to be top notch. I learned about the intricate task of making excellent mole and wine and art and making customers feel like family. This has served me well in my professional career and I bring my family back often to enjoy the food and atmosphere.
