Since I have been a patron of Manuel’s since almost day one, I have many stories. For many years, my office was that 301 Congress on the 10th floor. All morning, I would look across the street and see Manuel’s and get hungry. I cannot tell you how many times I had been to lunch there. I imagine that I helped fund their expansion at Congress that doubled their dining room. My wife and I would go there quite often for dinner and margaritas as well. We were such loyal customers that either Greg or Ahmad would give us Manuel’s t-shirts.. We still go to Manuel’s by the Arboretum. The food is always tasty and consistent with the quality of 40 years ago.
