Roasted poblano pepper stuffed with fresh corn sautéed with garlic, cilantro, and onions topped with broiled queso blanco, served with Mexican rice and black beans.

A tequila-based cocktail that combines the smooth flavor of premium tequila with the vibrant crimson hue of fresh blood orange. The result is a beautiful & delicious cocktail. The star of the show is the fresh blood orange, which lends a rich, fruit flavor and crimson Fall color.
1.5 oz LALO Tequila
.5 oz Cointreau
.5 oz blood orange juice
.75 oz simple syrup
1 oz lime juice
Garnished with a slice of blood orange, a sprig of fresh mint, and a 1/2 rim of salt
